We begin with a real housing need, an available property, or a capacity gap facing a housing or service provider. From there, we assemble the right partnership and develop a practical model for acquiring, leasing, preserving, converting, developing, or operating the property.

Our role is shaped around each project. RENEW may lead the property and operational work directly, share responsibilities with a partner, or prepare the housing for an experienced provider to operate through a partnership, lease, or other long-term arrangement.
Our Story
The founders of RENEW Housing saw a gap: many affordable housing providers have the expertise to operate housing but not the resources to acquire or develop it.
RENEW was launched to bridge this critical divide. We protect the integrity of the affordable market by securing at-risk sites, renovating underutilized structures into residential units, and building fresh housing projects where demand is highest. Our mission is to facilitate the transfer of these assets to seasoned housing advocates via strategic partnerships, leasing programs, or direct sales. This model empowers local organizations to scale their social reach while remaining focused on their site operations.
