The founders of Renew Non-Profit Housing realized that there are many affordable housing providers that don’t have the capacity or ability to construct new housing or acquire buildings.

We decided to establish Renew to fill this gap by acquiring buildings that are currently providing affordable housing and are in danger of being lost, acquiring buildings that can be converted to affordable housing or building new housing.

We will then work with affordable housing providers to have them take over the operation, either through partnerships, leases, or sales.

We look forward to working with affordable housing providers to find innovative ways to further their goals.
